- Knowledge transfer about lesson planning;
- Improved quality management, also by using digital media (eTwinning, Typeform etc.);
- More cooperation with (pre)schools in foreign countries;
- More internships for students in foreign countries;
- Professional documentary film and conceptual manual for the above-mentioned topics;
- Website with specialised articles (brochure on topics in different countries).

Performance measurement
- The students and (pre)schools teachers fill in digital evaluations of each work package. Self-assessment questionnaires on:
- Interculturality
- Social exclusion
- Stereotypes
- Integration of refugees
- “Likes” in youtube for the documentary.
During lessons
- Personal confrontation with one’s own education and society, as well as with the education and the society of the other two countries.
- Producing a documentary on the life of a preschool teacher compared to both other countries, accompanied by a conceptional manual of using this film.
- The everyday life topics will be integrated into the lessons.
- Relations to the other European countries will be created during the lessons.
- Understanding with other people will be treated as a core competence.
- International language skills will be improved in the lessons.

All partners; eTwinning and WordPress will be prepared by Germany.
